I want to give the Conference a massive online promotion through email marketing (100, 000) emails, Facebook marketing by advertising it on facebook and other means.

I just want to know if there will be any compensation plan available to me so that I will know how far I can go. This is because I might incur some expenditure in some of the platforms I am going to use to target our audience.
